Spacelabs Headquarters
State of the art, build to suit office building for SpaceLabs, an American medical equipment manufacturer. Built to be their Northwest production facility, it included research and design, assembly, testing, packaging, and sales areas. SpaceLabs was the largest build to suit in the area at the time with soaring glass walls and a two story glass entryway. The building is nestled in a landscaped plot of Northwest trees and shrubs, and is joined by several other buildings under the trees with pathways between them creating a business campus.
