Bellevue Court is a glass curtained building featuring a two story high ceiling with a grand staircase in its entry.  This building sits in a beautiful park like setting of mature trees, grass and shrubbery as well as being just a short jog away from the Mercer Slough.  It is adjacent to the Bellevue Club and within walking distance of several restaurants, stores, and hotels.  The building is a short distance from the soon to be finished light rail plus Bellevue and Lincoln Squares.  It is now known as the Cordova Building.
