95 Riverside Park consists of two buildings set in a campus environment with pleasant landscaping and pathways throughout the property.  Building 15440 is an attractive concrete building with multiple reveals and a two story glass entry lobby.  Building 15300 is a one story concrete building that has several tenants; each with their own entrance at the corners of the building and warehouse docking in the back.  The property is bordering the Sammamish Slough and the Sammamish River Trail.  Both buildings are within a short drive to downtown Redmond, the Redmond Town Center, and the Willows Run Golf Complex.
