The Leschi house was designed to be a very modern three story home built into the hillside of the majestic Leschi area of Seattle.  The first floor encompasses the garage and a living space that could be used as an office or an exercise area.  The second floor holds the main living space with the bedrooms and rooftop deck on the third floor.  The house faces out onto a fantastic 360 degree view of Lake Washington, the floating bridge, and Mount Rainier.  It is close to Seward Park, many restaurants, and retail shopping areas.
