Woodinville Tech Center
Woodinville Tech Center was a four parcel property with a two story showroom and warehouse building on parcel A that includes a 5,735 sf office mezzanine. The building was once home to Zurn-Nepco, a US company that designs, constructs and operates small to medium-sized power plants worldwide. Zurn-Nepco moved to a build to suit building in our Redmond East Business Park. Parcel B, C & D were to be developed into a high tech park with multiple buildings. The project is located just past Maltby along the highway.
