Centrally located in the light industrial corridor of Bellevue, Choice Medical was tucked into its own large landscaped lot, screening it from the highways.  It was originally built to house Choice Medical Supplies, Inc, who primarily operated in the hospital equipment and supplies business.  The building was torn down in 2017 to make way for the new Bellevue light rail transit-East Link.
