Redmond East is a high tech business campus environment with sixteen buildings (including Redmond East Hilltop) spreading out over the hill looking across the Redmond Valley.  Each building has a unique two story tenant entrance at the front or ends of the building along with loading docks in the back that are screened off to create a unique ambiance and privacy.  These buildings have architectural reveals in their walls to make them attractive; some have geometric tiles inserted in the walls and each entrance has a different design feature such as columns or arches to make them distinctive.  The innovative design of these buildings won an SIOR award and changed the way all future concrete tilt up business parks were designed and built; making them impressive, inviting and inspiring.
