Magnolia HiFi / Compaq
Retail, office, warehouse, and a showroom are contained in two buildings located on a large sloping site near the Overlake neighborhood of Bellevue. Building 14408 is on the back of the property with great visibility from SR-520. It has a domed glass lobby entrance that allows an abundant amount of natural light into its auto display area. This building has been home to Compaq and Harley-Davidson; now it is the Eastside Tesla dealership and showroom. Building 14440 is on the front of the lot facing NE 20th and has a large, dark glass, fanned entryway on its southwest corner. Previous home to Magnolia Hi-Fi and AAA Travel Services for many years. Current location for Rich’s for the Home, Arnold’s Appliances, and the Goddard School.

The remainder of the building was leased to Rich’s and to AAA Travel Services. Refurbished the grounds and signage. The building was sold to an investor in 2004.
