The proposed development was on a five acre site consisting of three land parcels located in downtown Lynnwood across the parking lot from the Lynnwood Convention Center.  The property was zoned for a major city center development and designed by Anastasiou Development to consist of a hotel, apartment units, office and retail including a steak house and a grocery store.

Lot size: 5 acres of raw land
Our work: Designed a mixed use project including going through the development process with the City of Lynnwood.
Status: Sold in 2009.  One parcel now contains SHAG Lynnwood City Center Senior Living and the other two parcels have various retail on them.
