Copper Hill Square
Copper Hill Square is a mixed use village style project in the fast growing City of Duvall. The commercial component of the project combines an urban atmosphere in a suburban setting. Over-sized sidewalks and plazas connect the buildings with a bell tower as a design feature. Through a plaza and up a spacious staircase, the commercial project is connected with the upper section of the property where eighty-eight townhomes enjoy spectacular views of the valley. The townhomes are surrounded by well-groomed yards and a park setting in the middle of the townhouse complex. Sixteen of the townhouse units are located on the 2nd floor of the commercial buildings and have garden balconies adding to the village concept.
