Major downtown Bellevue block located on the corner of 112th and NE 4th Street. We designed a very modern mixed use project that was to include approximately 14,000 sf of retail, 171,500 sf of office & court rooms and 277,200 sf of residential or 262 apartment units. The project was to be made up of three buildings surrounding an inner courtyard accessible from the fourth floor. Court rooms were to be in a three story building on the corner of NE 4th and 111th Avenue NE with an eight story office building next to it on the corner of 112th Avenue NE with retail on the ground floor. The residential building was to be a twenty one story building with a slanted roof on 111th Avenue NE. The project was sold during the design and permit processes to an apartment developer who built an apartment building with their own plans.

Status: Sold to an apartment developer during the permit process in 2006. They built apartments with their own plans. Metro 112 Apartments is on the site today, a 317 unit apartment complex.
