600 Elliott
The proposed building on this site was to have been a four story office building totaling 85,500 sf over two and one half floors of sub-grade parking. The shape was to be a large rectangle along Elliot and then wrapping itself at an angle around the corner onto 6th Avenue West. The exterior was designed to be brick, concrete, and glass. 600 Elliott would have included a spacious roof deck and state of the art life safety and building systems. The building would have enjoyed spectacular views of Elliot Bay, West Seattle, and the Olympic Mountains. The property is located at the base of Queen Anne Hill; minutes from downtown Seattle, I-5 and Highway 99.
